BCCI starts work on residential area

Binh Chanh Construction Investment Co. (BCCI) yesterday broke ground on the Phong Phu 4 residential area in Phong Phu Ward in Ho Chi Minh City's Binh Chanh District.

The project covers a total area of 84 hectares and is divided to three sections.

The first one of 197,000 square meters will include 759 attached houses, a kindergarten, a park, and a sport area, while the second one with 327,000 square meters has 887 attached houses, a kindergarten, elementary and high schools, a park, and a sport area.

The third section covering 314,000 square meters will include 644 attached houses, a five-storey building with 640 apartments, a kindergarten, a clinic, and other public facilities.

Pham Minh Duc, CEO of BCCI, said the total investment capital for the project was nearly VND1.1 trillion, and the company expected to finish the infrastructure system in 2010.
