Cat Loi firm to list 3m extra shares

Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) recently approved the Cat Loi Joint Stock Co (coded CLC) to list three million extra shares on the southern bourse.

These shares were issued to pay dividend for 2007 with the ratio of 30% (equalling to every three new shares for 10 shares held).

Earlier, HOSE also approved the Petrolimex Export Import Joint Stock Co (coded PIT) to list 972,713 additional shares and Cavico Vietnam Mining and Construction Joint Stock Co (coded MCV) to list 2,289,749 extra shares on the southern bourse with the official transaction date on June 26.
