The stock dropped 500 dong, or 2.59%, to 18,800 as of 10:50 a.m. local time. Vietnam's benchmark VN Index rose 7.05, or 1.6%, to 446.6.
The Ho Chi Minh City-based company announced to the stock exchange yesterday after the market close that Wareham Group Ltd. plans to sell all of its 2.9% holding in the company. It owns 289,980 shares. The sale will start from tomorrow and will be completed by Oct. 10, according to the announcement. (Bloomberg)
