Hoa Binh real estate construction firm to list extra shares

The Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) yesterday approved Hoa Binh Real Estate Construction and Trading Joint Stock Co (coded HBC) to list extra 1,619,540 shares on the southern bourse.

The volume of shares was paid for 2007 dividend of 12% in shares to the firm's shareholders.

In March-June, HBC gained 148.891 billion dong net revenue, 4.613 billion dong in after-tax profit, lifting the figures of the first half to 255.902 billion dong and 5.679 billion dong.

HBC yesterday was down 700 dong or 2.88% down to 23,600 dong per share with 64,450 shares changing hands.
