More than one million shares of Pymepharco Joint Stock Co. were listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) on Oct 2nd at an initial price of VND 45,000 each.
The issuance is part of a plan to list over six million shares on floor in order to raise additional capital for the company. This time, 820,000 shares will be sold to current shareholders at VND 10,200 each, with 1.6 million shares to be sold to foreign investors in the near future. The remaining shares will be offered to the company’s staff and individual investors.
Pymepharco is introducing six projects worth VND 788 billion. The biggest is a luxury hospital project in the centre of Tuy Hoa. The luxury hospital will be constructed like a hotel on an area of 8ha, at the cost of VND 300 billion.
This year the company is expected to earn VND 450 billion in revenue, with VND 36.32 billion in after-tax profits, up by 31.3% and 203.6% compared to last year, respectively.
