Seminar on international capital mobilisation to be held in Hanoi

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in conjunction with the State Securities Commission (SSC) and World and Viet Nam newspaper would hold an international seminar on overseas listing and share issuance of Vietnamese enterprises on November 12 in Hanoi and between November 17 and 18 in Singapore.

After that, the third round dialogue between enterprises in Hanoi and Singapore will be held on November 18.

According to the organisation board, the conference will attract the participation of governmental leaders from the two countries and hundreds of enterprises. At the seminar, leading lecturers on financial sector and representatives from international organisations such as IMF, ADB, Singaporean Stock Exchange and listed firms on the Singaporean Stock Exchange will share their practical experience. This will be a chance for managers to improve skills of capital market management and Vietnamese enterprises will have opportunities to approach a capital mobilisation model in the international market, spread its image and seek potential partners as well as refer consultancy on legal issues and experience in capital mobilisation.
