Viet Capital to tap Korean expertise

Tong Yang-HPT High Tech Company has signed an agreement with Viet Capital Securities Company to install and maintain software products to support its securities trading business.

They include T-BOS, a back-office system; T-PRO, a home trading systems for traders with high volumes; and T-WEB for clients with smaller volumes.

Tong Yang will install the systems by April.

T-PRO supports technical charts connected directly to the stock exchanges in HCM City and Ha Noi to receive real-time trading and market information.

T-BOS can handle more than 1 million transactions and 10 million queries and orders a day.

Having similar content to T-PRO but using web-based technologies, T-WEB complements T-PRO as an additional online trading system.

VCSC’s clients can do stock analyses and trading anywhere and at any time using T-WEB.

The software will be provided by Tong Yang-HPT High Tech Joint Stock Company, a joint venture between Tong Yang of South Korea and the local HPT Corporation. (VNS)
