Kinh Bac Property developer plans stock split

Kinh Bac Urban Development Joint Stock Co (KBC) has decided to pay a dividend in shares to current shareholders at a 1:2 ratio.

Another 20 million shares will be sold to 100 investors, also at a face value of VND10,000 per share, to raise capital of around VND200 billion.
