REE reports yearly loss of VND139 billion

Appliance maker REE announced a profit of VND9.72 billion (US$555,000) in the fourth quarter of 2008, but saw losses of VND139.3 billion on the entire year, stemming largely from setting up a provisional fund during the year of VND467 billion.
