FPT to equitise two affiliates

VNStockNews.com - FPT plans to equitise two affiliates, including FPT Information Systems Co and FPT Trading Co.

It will consult its shareholders about the plan at a aspecial shareholders meeting scheduled for July 4.

FPT shares, with a capitalised market value of VND9.7 trillion (US$545 million), yesterday closed down 4.2 per cent to VND68,500 per share.
