Hung Vuong Company issues 10m more shares

VNStockNews.com - Hung Vuong Joint Stock Co has announced it would allocate 9,897,600 bonus shares to its existing shareholders at a ratio of 20 percent at par and another 614,400 shares at 10,000 dong each to the employees.

The firm will close the shareholders list from September 14 at a ratio of one new share for five shares held. The allocation date is September 15, 2009.

Hung Vuong Joint Stock Co now has 49,488,000 shares and its chartered capital will be raised to 600 billion dong after the forthcoming share offering.
