EBS shareholders approve the share offering plan

VNStockNews.com - Hanoi City Educational Book Joint Stock Co (coded EBS)'s shareholders have approved the business plan to increase the company's chartered capital to 102.18 billion dong lately.

In details, the company would issue additional 5,107,742 shares to offer for its existing shareholders at the price of 10,000 dong per share.

After the issuing period, the amount of shares left unpurchased by the company's shareholders would be bought by Saigon-Hanoi Securities JSC (coded SHS) at the same offered price.

The average price of EBS shares up to Sep 30 was 30,100 dong per share.
