Ha Tien Packing Co. to list 4m shares on HNX

VNStockNews.com - Ha Tien Packing Joint Stock Co (Hakipack) has recently announced the resolution of shareholders' meeting held on Sep 22 that the company plans to list shares on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).

In details, the company's management board would carry out all the necessary procedures for listing shares on the northern market, including the adjustment in the company's regulations and preparations for other application profiles in accordance with the requirements of the functional authorities.

The company's chartered capital was posted at over 40 billion dong, in which the corporate shareholders hold 86.9 percent of the total capital, 9.89 percent is owned by external individuals and the rest of the company's employees.

The company's head office is located on National Highway No 80, Lien Luong Dist, Kien Giang province.
