Hanoi-Hai Duong brewer to list shares on northern bourse

VNStockNews.com - Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) yesterday Sep 30 announced in principle approval for Hanoi-Hai Duong Beer Joint Stock Co to list four million shares on the market with face value of 10,000 dong per share.

The company has current chartered capital of 40 billion dong, in which the state shareholders own 55 percent, the rest of the company's internal and external ones.

Hanoi-Hai Duong Beer JSC's head office is located on Quan Thanh St, Binh Han Ward, Hai Duong City with major business scopes of trading beer, alcohol and non-alcoholic beverage and other industrial products.
