PVFC signs contracts with Song Da Finance Co.

VNStockNews.com - PetroVietnam Finance Joint Stock Corp (PVFC) has signed cooperation contract for providing credit cooperation and financial services with Song Da Finance Joint Stock Co (SDFC) on Sep 29 at PVFC's head office.

In details, PVFC and SDFC would offer credit services for the two companies' in-need customers with priority for the member companies of the two parties who can access the working capital sources for business purposes and investment in projects.

In addition, the two parties would cooperate in supplying other financial services for customers with no limitations such as issuing debt tools, issuing guarantees, providing consultancy services for issuing shares, consultancy services for working out financial solutions, and capital arrangements.
