Central Hydropower Co. closes the shareholder list for listing on UPCoM

VNStockNews.com - In order to prepare for listing shares on UPCoM, the Central Hydropower Joint Stock Co announced closing the list of shareholders on December 24 for registering depository shares.

Particularly, the shareholders who would like to transfer, supplement or change information relating to their share ownership requirements must carry out before 16:30 of December 24 at the company's head quarter or consultancy agent of Dai Viet Joint Stock Co (DVSC).

It's said that the Central Hydropower Joint Stock Co would list 68,884,571 shares on UPCoM. The company's chartered capital is estimated at 1.2 trillion dong and its real capital value up to the end of September of 688.84 billion dong.

The company's head office is located at Da Nang Industrial Zone, Son Tra Dist, Da Nang City. The company's major scopes of business include construction on hydropower plants, consultancy services of power works, producing and trading electricity, implementing irrigation works, hydropower plants and power transmission lines and transformation stations, and other industrial and civil works.
