VNStockNews.com - Hanoi Education Development and Investment Joint Stock Co (coded EID) has recently announced to issue more shares to scale up chartered capital from 80 billion dong to 150 billion dong.
In particular, EID will offer seven million shares at the face value of 10,000 dong per share and the ratio of 0.875.
Accordingly, shareholders holding one old share will be allowed to buy 0.85 new shares.
Saigon-Hanoi Securities Joint Stock Co (SHS) will be the issuing consultant for EID.
The capital being raised from the share issuance will be invested in buying headquarters and supermarket in Hanoi and reserving materials at reasonable price level.
A resolution by the company's board of directors' also agreed to buy 187,500 shares of Ha Tay School Equipments and Books Joint Stock Co at the price of 16,000 dong per share, equalling to total value of three billion dong.
