VNStockNews.com - PetroVietnam Insurance Joint Stock Co (coded PVI)'s management board has recently approved to reduce the corporation's capital contribution rate in PetroVietnam Securities Joint Stock Co (coded PSI) by offering 8.225 million PSI shares, equal to 20.07 percent of the company's chartered capital, with share price of 12,000 dong to the two companies' employees in order to decrease PVI's holding rates at PSI to 36.88 percent.
It's expected that the sales will be completed before December 31, 2009.
Previously, in early Aug, PetroVietnam Insurance Co had been transferred the total 19.125 million PSI shares from Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group with offered price of 10,000 dong per share to become the largest shareholder in PSI.
PVI planned to gain 3.06 trillion dong in 2009 revenue, 220 billion dong of profit and to pay dividend of 12 percent, an increase of 2 percent against the year plan.
