Rubber real estate trader offers 3.5m shares

In details, the company would offer 3.5 million ordinary shares at the price of 10,000 dong per share, including 1.65 million shares to the existing shareholders; 50,000 shares for the members of the company's steering board and employees and 1.8 million shares to public. Thang Long Securities Joint Stock Co would be the consultancy agent for this share-issuing period.
