Saigon-Quy Nhon mineral Co. applies for listing 100 million shares on HNX

VNStockNews.com - Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announced to have received the application profile for listing 100 million shares from Saigon – Quy Nhon Mineral Joint Stock Co (coded SQC).

In details, the company submitted its dossier for listing 100 million shares, equal to its actual contribution capital of 1 trillion dong. Meanwhile, the company's chartered capital was posted at 1.2 trillion dong.

The company also announced closing the list of shareholders at 17:00 on November 23 in order to prepare for its depositing shares at Vietnam Securities Depository Centre.

Previously, on November 19, HNX has informed that the company withdrew the application profile due to the shortage of 100 shareholders, following the regulations for registering depositing shares. However, at that time, the company had registered for listing 54 million shares, equal to the actual capital contribution of 540 billion dong.
