Three new companies to list about 37m shares on northern bourse

VNStockNews.com - Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) has said that it has received application profiles for listing shares on the northern bourse for the first time from three enterprises of Vincom Securities Joint Stock Co (VincomSC), Vinh Plastic and Bags Joint Stock Co (VBC) and Sadico Can Tho Joint Stock Co (Sadico).

In details, Vincom SC registered to list 30 million shares, equivalent to its chartered capital of 300 billion dong. In the company' capital structure, the individual shareholders counted for 25 percent of the total capital, the rest of 75 percent held by corporate shareholders.

The company's head office is located on Floor 4, Vincom Tower B, at No 191 Ba Trieu St, Hai Bat rung Dist, Hanoi.

The company specialises in services of stock brokerage, self-trading, share issuing guarantees, investment consultancy and securities depository.

Vinh Plastic and Bags Joint Stock Co (VBC) apply for listing 1,898,364 shares with the total share value of about 19 billion dong. According to the company's capital structure, the individual shareholders counted for 49 percent of chartered capital and the corporate ones owned the rest of 51 percent.

The company's major business lines include producing, trading raw materials, equipment and cement bags, trading and transporting goods. Its head quarter is sited at No 18, Phong Dinh Cang St, Ben Thuy Ward, Vinh City, Nghe An province.

Lastly, Sadico Can Tho Joint Stock Co applied for listing 5 million shares on the northern bourse, equal to total chartered capital of 50 billion dong, in which state shareholders hold 51 percent of the total, and the rest of 49 percent owned by other shareholders.

The company's main scope of business include producing cement and cement packages, trading construction materials, real estates and other import-export works. The company's head office is located at No 366E Cach Mang Thang Tam St, Bui Huu Nghia Ward, Binh Thuy Dist, Can Tho City.
