Tu Liem Urban developer to pay cash dividend

VNStockNews.com - Tu Liem Urban Development Joint Stock Co (coded NTL) announced that will close shareholder list on December 4 to seek approval on capital increase. In December as well, NTL will pay a cash dividend of 30 percent.

Earlier, the company plans to share the commission of 50 percent in shares.

To date, the firm reached over one trillion dong in revenue and 400 billion dong in profit after-tax.
