VNStockNews.com - The last trading session of this week ended with opposing movements on both bourses. Particularly, the VN Index today November 13 continued gaining 2.23 points or 0.41% to 548.21 pts, marking the third consecutive increase of VN Index.
The liquidity of the market today slipped when the trading volume reached over 45.7 million shares worth over 2.2 trillion dong, down 5% in volume but up 2% in value against previous session.
After a trading week with three gains, VN Index lost totally 6.67 points or 1.2% compared to the last trading session of previous week with average trading volume of over 45.8 million shares each session while the figure of previous week at 57.66 million shares/session.
Amongst 181 listed shares and four fund certificates on the southern bourse, 94 shares increased with 29 reaching the ceiling price, 62 others decreased with two falling to the floor price and 29 remaining shares stood still at the comparative price.
Many Blue-chips increased such as CTG, HPG +1,500, REE +500, SSI +500, GMD +4,000, VIC +1,000, SJS +8,000, TDH +5,000 dong/share.
SSI reached the biggest trading volume with 2.13 million and followed by EIB 1.84 million, ITA 1.74 million, STB 1.52 million, GMD 1.48 million and then REE, HPG, TCM and LCG.
The index of Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) today November 13 tumbled 0.73 points or 0.4% to end at 183.64 pts with the total market trade of nearly 23 million shares valued at over 973 billion dong.
Big gainers included BPC, CDC, CTM, CTN, CVT, DST, KKC, L62, MEC, POT, QTC, SCJ, SDP, SDS, SIC, SJM, STP, TLT, VIT and VTC.
VCG led the market in trading volume with over 2.6 million shares and then KLS with nearly 2.4 million and ACB and SHB nearly 1.4 million shares being traded.
