VNECO 2 applies for listing 1.8m shares on northern market

VNStockNews.com - The Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announced to have received the application profile for listing 1,861,141 shares of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Co No 2 (Vneco 2).

Accordingly, the company's total share value was posted at 18.61 billion dong, equal to Vneco 2's chartered capital. In the capital structure, the state shareholders own 31.45 percent of the total shares, and the rest 68.55 percent is kept by the company's internal and external ones.

The company's head office is located at No 13 Mai Hac De St, Quan Bau Ward, Vinh City, Nghe An province.
