Agriseco trades shares on southern bourse

VNStockNews.com - Hanoi-based Agribank Securities Joint Stock Corporation (Agriseco) on Thursday debuted on the southern stock exchange at the price of VND25,600 per share, 20% lower than the reference price.

The second broker on the HCMC exchange lists under the code of AGR. Its chartered capital is VND1.2 trillion, with nearly 75% stake owned by its parent firm Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development.

The company runs brokerage, trading, consulting, and custody services. It now has three branches, two transaction offices, and 46 order-taking agencies across the country.

Agriseco plans to set up subsidiaries to diversify business and income in the coming time. It expects to establish a fund management company, an investment company, and a real estate investment company.
