Asia Commercial Bank to issue additional shares

VNStockNews.com - Asia Commercial Bank (ACB) is likely to add 10.8 million shares to the listed number at the Ha Noi Stock Exchange on December 29.

The additional shares covered the spending for bonuses a 1.41 per cent ratio which ACB issued previously. The bank now has 767.15 million shares listed on the northern market. ACB yesterday closed at VND37,700.
