Binh Trieu Mechanical Co. to increase chartered capital to 19.4b dong

VNStockNews.com - The UPCoM-listed Binh Trieu Mechanical and Construction Joint Stock Co (coded BTC) planned to decrease the chartered capital in accordance with the actual capital contribution of the shareholders. It is stated in the company's resolution approved in the latest extraordinary meeting.

In details, the company would reduce the chartered capital from 13.51 billion dong to 12.61 billion dong. In 2001-2002, BTC had registered to issue additional 300,000 shares to increase its chartered capital by 3 billion dong. However, the actual share volume that was issued at that time was only 210,060 units.

In addition, the shareholders also approved for the company's plan of increasing chartered capital from 12.6 billion dong to 19.4 billion dong, under the methods of issuing new shares in order to pay 2009 dividend with the ratio of 10 percent in December 2009, to offer shares to existing shareholders with ratio of 37 percent at price of 10,000 dong per share, and to allocate bonus shares to the company's employees with the ratio of 2 percent in February 2010.
