CII pays dividend of 20pct

VNStockNews.com - HCM City Technical Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Co (coded CII) has recently held the extraordinary shareholders meeting on December 11, in which the company's shareholders approved for increasing chartered capital from 503 billion dong to 1.003 trillion dong by issuing additional shares in two phases.

In the first phase, the company will allocate more than 25 million bonus shares for the existing shareholders at a ratio of 2:1. In the second phase, the company will offer over 25 million shares for existing shareholder at a ratio of 3:1 at offered price of 30,000 dong per share.

At the same time, the company's shareholders agreed to increase the ratio of 2009 dividend payment in cash from 16 percent to 20 percent. The company will move its head office to No 50 Ton That Dam St, Dist 1, HCM City.

In 2009, the company estimates to gain profit after tax of 310 billion dong, EPS of 7,500 dong per share, excluding the surplus of 38 billion dong from trading fund shares.

The company's management board announced that in 2010, the company plans to achieve profit after tax of 450 billion dong.
