Duc Long Gia Lai Group prepares for listing shares on HOSE

VNStockNews.com - In accordance with the latest resolution from the extraordinary shareholders meeting in 2009, Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Co has lately approved for listing shares on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) in the end of 2009.

The shareholders granted authorities for the company's management board to carry out necessary procedures in line with state laws for listing the company's shares on southern bourse in the end of Q4/2009 or early Q1/2010 under the code of DLG.

The company has to adjust its regulations in accordance with Decision No 15/2007/QD-BTC issued on March 19, 2007 by ministry of finance that regulated about the formal regulations for a listed company in the stock markets.
