DVD offers shares and pays dividend

VNStockNews.com - Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) announced on December 28 that Vien Dong Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Co (coded DVD) has already issued 3 million shares for its strategic partners on December 24 at offered price of 80,500 dong per share. This was also the closing price of DVD-coded shares on December 28.

The company also planned to pay 2009 dividend for shareholders at ratio of 25 percent. The payment date would be set before January 31, 2010.
