VNStockNews.com - The Multi-national Investment and Development Joint Stock Co (coded IDI) is preparing to submit application profile to list shares on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE).
The company has chartered capital of 228 billion dong. It's the member of Sao Mai Group with major business lines of producing and exporting tra catfish and seafood overseas. In the first nine months of this year, the company reported to gain total revenue of 501 billion dong, and after tax profit of 22 billion dong.
On December 4, 2009, Myanmar's government delegates and representatives of Myanmar Association of Seafood Producers visited and worked with the company's board of directors to sign some strategic cooperation contracts in order to expand the market for exporting tra catfish products.
