KLS completes issue of 10.9m shares for capital increase

VNStockNews.com - Kim Long Securities Co has reported raising successfully extra 218 billion dong worth of 10.9 million shares to increase the chartered capital for the second phase to one trillion dong.

The time for buying registration was from December 9 to 16, 2009. The payment date was December 17.

The selling price of new shares was 18,162 dong/share, higher 80 percent than the average price of KLS at 19,300 dong/share in 10 consecutive sessions between December 3 and 16, 2009.

Yesterday KLS was down 900 dong to close at 20,100 dong/share.
