VNStockNews.com - Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announced to approve in principle for Lilama 45.4 Joint Stock Co to list 4 million shares on the northern floor.
The company has chartered capital of 40 billion dong, in which the state-owned shares counted for 51.68 percent and the rest 48.32 percent of total shares kept by the company's outside shareholders.
The company's major business lines include surveying, constructing and offering consultancy services in civil engineering works, industrial project, exclusive designing works, offering design consultancy services for production line projects, producing construction materials, paper products, constructing and trading houses, importing-exporting materials, equipment and production lines.
