PetroVietnam pushes up capitalisation process for listing shares on stock market

VNStockNews.com - Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam) announced that in the coming year, PVN would continue pushing up its process of capitalisation, enterprise arrangement and renovation.

In addition to 17 members that are currently listing shares on the stock markets, counting for 3 percent of total listed shares and 11 percent of market capitalisation value; and one member listing shares on UPCoM, there will be additional 13 member companies to list shares on official stock markets, other 20 members to list shares on UPCoM, seven units to make IPO, 8 members to change operation model and six units to adjust their capital scale.

Especially, there are large member companies to be capitalised such as PetroVietnam Gas Corp, Ca Mau 1 power plant, Ca Mau 2 power plant, and Nhon Trach 1 power plant; as well as other members to list shares on Singaporean Stock Exchange.

Up to the end of November, the shares from group of oil and gas sector counted for 11.46 percent of the total capitalisation value in Vietnam's stock exchanges at 66.435 trillion dong. The average EPS in the first three quarters of listed companies under PetroVietnam was posted at 1,797 dong.
