Phu My Marine prepares for listing shares on UPCoM

VNStockNews.com - Phu My Marine Joint Stock Co announced 16:00 of December 4 would be the registration deadline to close the list of shareholders for the company's preparation to list shares on UPCoM and to advance the 2009 dividend in shares with ratio of 8 percent.

Starting from December 15, the company will start paying the first phase of 2009 dividend to its existing shareholders.
