PSI increases chartered capital to VND800bln and lists shares on stock market

VNStockNews.com - PetroVietnam Securities Joint Stock Co (coded PSI) announced increasing chartered capital to 800 billion dong and ensuring the minimum dividend payment ratio of 10 percent over chartered capital, stated Bui Ngoc Thang, chair of management board.

The company also planned to gain revenue growth rate at 25-30 percent, and to be listed among 15 leading securities companies with largest market share for brokerage services. At present, PSI has carried out about 60 contracts of providing consultancy services for domestic and foreign partners.

Up to December 18, 2009, the company reported to earn revenue of 148 billion dong. It's predicted that the company may gain 151 billion dong in revenue, equal to 355.5 percent of the year plan and up 169.7 percent against 2008.

At present, the company's total ownership capital was posted at 419.25 billion dong, increasing by 146.1 percent year-on-year.
