VNStockNews.com - Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) announced about listing shares for the first time of two enterprises including Cotec Construction Joint Stock Co (coded CTD) and Gia Lai Cane Sugar Thermoelectricity Joint Stock Co (coded SEC).
In details, Cotec Construction Joint Stock Co (Coteccons – coded CTD) will officially list 18.45 million shares, equal to its share value of 184.5 billion dong. Its debut session will be on January 20, 2010 at offered price of 95,000 dong per share.
In the first nine months of this year, Coteccons reported to gain construction revenue of 1.363 trillion dong, equal to 80.17 percent of the year plan and after tax profit of 153 billion dong, or 117.69 percent of the year plan.
The company has signed contracts for carrying out projects of Riverpark Residence (H18) in South Saigon urban area, Satra Dat Thanh tower in Phu Nhuan Dist, Diamond Island apartment building in Dist 2 and other construction works.
Gia Lai Cane Sugar Thermoelectricity Joint Stock Co (coded SEC) will make its debut session on January 6, 2010 for listing 12,613,472 shares on southern bourse at comparative price of 18,000 dong per share.
The company's head office is located at 561 Tran Hung Dao St, Cheoreo Ward, Ayunpa Town, Gia Lai province. Its major business lines include producing sugar and electricity.
