Song Da 2 licensed to offer shares to public

VNStockNews.com - Chair of State Securities Commission has lately issued the certificate No 461/UBCK-GCN for Song Da Joint Stock Co No 2 that allowed the company to offer shares to public.

In details, the company will be eligible for issuing 2,146,500 shares to public at the initial price of 10,000 dong per share, of which 1,941,400 shares will be offered to existing shareholders and the rest 205,100 shares to the company's employees.

The State Securities Commission required the company to carry out offering the shares within 90 days, starting from the date of issue in accordance with the submitted statement.
