Southern Bank closes shareholders list for issuing over 26m bonus shares

VNStockNews.com - Southern Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Southern Bank) announced that December 23 would be the deadline to close the list of shareholders in order to issue more than 26.36 million bonus shares from the capital surplus, increasing the bank's chartered capital for the second phase in 2009.

In details, the bank will allocate 26,363,455 bonus shares to the existing shareholders with the ratio of 11.44 percent. The above shares will be issued on December 31, 2009.

After the share-issuing period, the bank's chartered capital will be increased from 2.304 trillion dong to 2.568 trillion dong.

The shareholders will receive the bonus shares at Mien Nam Securities Joint Stock Co at No 170-172E Bui Thi Xuan St, Dist 1, HCM City, starting from December 31, 2009.
