SRF signs contract worth $5.2 million

VNStockNews.com - Searefico Refrigeration Industry Joint Stock Co (coded SRF) has already received the letter of authorisation (LOA) for carrying out the bidding package of M&E Services for Luxury Apartment Complex, under VinaCapital's general plan in Da Nang City with total initial contract value of $5.2 million.

The trading complex of Capital Square was built on Han River, in the centre of the cit, with total investment capital of $325 million. The project is divided into three phases. The first phase is expected to be finished in the end of 2011 with construction items of high-class apartments, trade centre, a five-star hotel, and office building. In the second phase, the contractors will continue construction works on apartment buildings, villas and international school. The third phase will be completed with an international convention centre and a four-star hotel.
