VNStockNews.com - HCM City-based Tan Binh Import-Export Joint Stock Corp (Tanimex – coded TIX) announced to officially hold the ground breaking ceremony for two property projects of Tanibuilding Son Ky residential quarter and Son Ky High School in Tan Phu Dist on December 25. The total investment capital for the projects was estimated at over 500 billion dong.
In details, Tanimex planned to invest about 476.7 billion dong to construct 673 apartments in the Tanibuilding Son Ky residential quarter project, meeting the demands for apartments of over 2,700 people. The project is scheduled for completion in Q2/2011.
Tanimex's apartments in Tanibuilding Son Ky Residential Quarter will be offered to average and low income workers at price of about 12-13 million dong per square metre.
The investment capital of Son Ky High School project is estimated at 54 billion dong. The four-storey high school will be built on a site of 5,182 square metres with 28 class rooms, 10 functional rooms, 31 boarding rooms, three experimental labs and one multi-functional halls. The construction work is supposed to be finished in Sep 2010.
The company targeted to earn 2010 after tax profit of 70-120 billion dong, equal to EPS of 5,833 dong per share.
