TMT Automobile Co. licensed to offer shares to public

VNStockNews.com - Chair of State Securities Commission has lately issued the certificate no 476/UBCK-GCN for TMT Automobile Joint Stock Co on December 22, 2009 that allowed the company to offer shares to public.

In details, the company will be eligible for issuing 3,773,250 shares to public, of which 3,144,375 shares will be offered to the existing shareholders with ratio of 4:1 at price of 15,000 dong per share and the rest 628,875 shares to the company's current employees under a selection programme.

The State Securities Commission required the company to carry out offering the shares within 90 days, starting from the date of issue in accordance with the submitted statement.
