Vimedimex issues 1.6m shares

VNStockNews.com - Vimedimex Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Co announced issuing additional 1.6 million shares in order to increase chartered capital to over 81 billion dong.

In details, the company will offer 1,472,200 shares for existing shareholders at the ratio of 9:2 at price of 15,000 dong per share. The company will close the list of shareholders on December 31.
Shareholders will register to buy shares within the period of January 2 to 26.

In addition, the company will offer 124,800 shares for the company's current employees at price of 15,000 dong per share.

Vimedimex expects to gain 24 billion dong from this share-issuing period in order to invest in construction projects.

The company has current chartered capital of 65.4 billion dong. In the first nine months, Vimedimex reported to earn 3.602 trillion dong of revenue and 22.8 billion dong of after tax
profit.
