VNStockNews.com - Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint Stock Co (coded ITC) announced its plan to double its chartered capital from 2007 share-issuing surplus in Q1/2010 at ratio of 1:1.
In details, the company will allocate additional 230 billion dong bonus shares for current shareholders with the purposes of increasing its chartered capital from 230 billion dong to 460 billion dong.
The company's management board has also approved for issuing shares in 2010 at a ratio of 2:1 for the existing shareholders after allocating the bonus shares mentioned above. Accordingly, each shareholder who owns 2 old shares can purchase one new share.
It' said that VOF Investment Limited Fund, holding 6.26 percent of ITC's share capital had already sold 375,000 shares within the period of December 30-31, 2009, reducing its holding rate from 1,442,510 shares to 1,067,510 shares.
After January 6, 2010 trading session, ITC-coded shares saw a ceiling rise by 4,000 dong to end at 91,000 dong per share.
