PGS reports 2009 performance

VNStockNews.com - PetroVietnam Southern Gas Joint Stock Co (PV Gas South-coded PGS) reported gaining 1.8 trillion dong in revenue and 42.8 billion dong in pre-tax profit last year.

In 2009, the company produced 156,699 tonnes of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and contributed 6.63 billion dong to the state budget.

On last December 27, PGS inaugurated the 4,000-tonne Go Dau LPG warehouse in Go Dau A Port, Phuoc Thai Commune, Dong Nai province's Long Thanh Dist. The project with a cost of 196 billion dong is invested by PGS. Annually, the warehouse can supply 100,000 tonnes of LPG to the southern market.
