PVC offers shares at 100:23

VNStockNews.com - Petroleum Drilling Mud and Chemical Joint Stock Corp (HNX listed PVC) said that the shareholder list will be closed on January 15 to issue extra shares.

Particularly, PVC will issue more shares to the existing shareholders at ratio 100:23 and the selling price of 15,000 dong/share. The share volume for issue will be announced in the upcoming time.

Shareholders have one month from February 1 to transfer buying warrant. The registry lasts from February 1 to March 4, 2010.

Securities Deposit Centre will stop deposits for PVC coded shares on January 14, 15 and 18, 2010.
