SME securities broker to hike chartered capital to 300b dong

VNStockNews.com - SME-SMES Securities Joint Stock Co (SME-UPCoM) will seek shareholders' opinion to double chartered capital from 150 billion dong to 300 billion dong and list 15 million shares on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).

Accordingly, the registration deadline will be on January 26, 2010.
As planned, in H1, SMES will finalise increasing chartered capital to 300 billion dong.

SMES is one of first securities companies listing shares on UPCoM floor when the floor officially inaugurated.

During over six months of operation at UPCoM, from June 26 to December 31, total SME's shares trading volume reached 5,362,940 shares, accounting for 13.6 percent of the market's total trading volume.

The highest trading price was at 19,000 dong per share and the lowest price at 9,500 dong per share.
