Top ten brokers dominate 51.26pct of securities brokerage market share on HOSE

VNStockNews.com - Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) yesterday announced the list of top ten brokers leading in fund certificate brokerage market share in 2009. In which, the market share of the 10 companies accounted for 51.26 percent of the entire southern stock market.

In details, Thang Long Securities JSC (TSC) led with 9.13 percent market share, followed by Saigon Securities Inc (SSI) with 8.26 percent, Sacombank Securities Co (SBS) with 7.77 percent, HCM City Securities Co (HSC) with 5.63 percent and ACB Securities Co (ACBS) with 4.37 percent, FPT Securities Co with 3.84 percent, Kim Eng Securities Co (KVS) with 3.4 percent, Bao Viet Securities Co (BVSC) with 3.11 percent, Vietcombank Securities Co (VCBS) 2.58 percent and VIB Securities Co 2.59 percent at the southern bourse.

In the last half of 2009, TSC also took the first in terms of securities brokerage (share and fund certificates) with 9.95 percent, SBS 8.16 percent, SSI 8.01 percent, HSC 5.76 percent and VCBS 2.58 percent.
