Vinh Son-Song Hinh Hydropower Co. earns 124.45b dong of Q4 revenue from electricity sales

VNStockNews.com - Vinh Son-Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Co (coded VSH) lately announced gaining Q4 revenue from electricity sales of 124.45 billion dong, raising the accumulative revenue of 463 billion dong in 2009.

Up to December 30, 2009, the company reported to have produced electricity output of 923.81 million KWh, earning total revenue of 462.99 billion dong.

Previously, Nguyen Van Thanh, VSH's chair of management board stated that his company planned to gain 2009 revenue of over 511 billion dong, after tax profit of over 291 billion dong and dividend of 18 percent

At present, the company is carrying out construction project of Upper Kon Tum hydropower plant with designed capacity of 220MW. The total investment capital was estimated at 5.74 trillion dong. After the plant is put into operation in 2014, the company's electricity output will be doubled in comparison with the current one, to about 2 billion KWh.
