Dinh Quan Industrial Park Co plans to hold a share auction

VNStockNews.com - Dinh Quan Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Co (DIP) held an auction for trading 2,444,900 shares, equal to 48.9 percent of the chartered capital in Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) on January 29, 2010. The initial price was posted at 10,200 dong per share.

During the auction, there were only 181,000 shares to be registered for purchasing successfully by 5 individual investors and one institution, at average price of 10,235 dong per share. Therefore the total share value to be traded was at 1.852 trillion dong.

According to the company's capitalisation method, the state-owned shareholders will keep 2.55 million shares, equal to 51 percent of the total; 5,100 shares, equal to 0.1 percent of the total will be offered to the company's current staff and the rest will be auctioned to public, in which the foreign investors can buy 1.5 million shares at maximum.

The company, with chartered capital of 50 billion dong, is located in Dinh Quan Industrial Park, La Nga Commune, Dinh Quan Dist, Dong Nai province. The company's major scope of business includes investing, constructing and developing the infrastructure facilities in Dinh Quan Industrial Park.
